Who we are

We’re a passionate team determined to challenge the status quo and make financial inclusion count for the millions of under-banked individuals and small business owners in Nigeria. We provide loans, savings, and fixed deposit solutions to our customers. Our vision is to be the most convenient lending company, delivering outstanding service experience.

The position

At Renmoney, we’re solving real-world problems with innovation, technology, and a mission to deepen financial inclusion. As Executive Assistant, you will work directly with our C-suite and play a critical role in driving efficiency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across the organization. This is more than an administrative role: you will be a thought partner, execution leader, and force multiplier for executive leadership.

What you’ll do

Serve as a key liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are well-coordinated

Track high-impact initiatives and business priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability across departments

Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and memos for executive decision-making

Facilitate effective meetings by developing agendas, recording and following up on action items, and supporting communication between cross-functional teams

Lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Office

Manage executive calendars, travel plans, and high-level engagements with discretion and foresight

Conserve the leadership team’s time by proactively anticipating needs, handling sensitive correspondence, and supporting day-to-day business operations

Maintain an organized and secure system for managing executive documents and strategic materials

Provide critical support during board meetings, strategy offsites, and external stakeholder engagements

Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Experience supporting C-suite leaders directly, coordinating across department heads, and managing external parties such as key partners

Strong business writing and presentation skills for executive audiences

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and report development

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field (a business-related degree is a plus)

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive leadership or leading operational functions

Experience in tech, financial services, or a startup environment is an advantage

Based in Lagos, Nigeria, with eligibility to work in Lagos, Nigeria

You’ll receive competitive compensation and work with passionate, driven people.

You’ll collaborate directly with leadership on strategic initiatives and help shape the future of a brand solving meaningful problems.

You'll be part of a flat, agile structure where your work creates real impact.
