As we continue to support the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects in Ghana, we are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator – RF/Fibre to join our project team.

The Role

The Project Coordinator – RF/Fibre will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of RF and fibre project activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, field teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project activities progress efficiently and that teams have the information and resources required to meet project objectives.

Educational and Experience Requirements

The successful candidate should

Hold an HND, Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Have one to three years of relevant experience in telecommunications, RF, fibre, infrastructure, project coordination, or a related field.

Demonstrate an understanding of RF and fibre infrastructure deployment .

Have good knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Demonstrate the ability to interpret basic technical information, drawings, and project documentation.

Possess strong organisational and time-management skills.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Communicate effectively with technical teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a project environment.

Be willing to work on project sites and travel to different locations when required.
