As part of our Ghana Project , we are seeking a proactive, organised, and technically minded Project Manager – RF to coordinate and support the successful delivery of Radio Frequency (RF) projects .

The Opportunity
The Project Manager – RF will coordinate RF project activities from planning and implementation through to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project activities remain on schedule, within agreed requirements, and aligned with quality and safety standards.
This role requires strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills, together with an understanding of RF-related infrastructure and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will
Plan, coordinate, and monitor RF project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project mobilisation, implementation, commissioning, and close-out activities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and activity trackers.
Coordinate field teams, engineers, technicians, contractors, suppliers, and other project resources.
Monitor project progress and ensure that activities remain aligned with agreed timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate RF installation, integration, testing, optimisation, maintenance, or related project activities as required.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress, and resolve project issues.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure that teams complete assigned activities within agreed specifications.
Identify project risks, technical challenges, resource constraints, and potential delays and escalate issues promptly.
Develop practical solutions to project challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor contractor and supplier performance and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, site records, and progress updates.
Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
Coordinate project meetings and document decisions, action points, and follow-up responsibilities.
Support project budgeting, resource planning, procurement coordination, and cost monitoring.
Ensure that project teams follow approved safety procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.
Conduct or support site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and implementation quality.
Coordinate testing, acceptance, handover, and project close-out activities.
Maintain effective communication between technical, commercial, operational, and management teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned reviews.
Undertake other project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience
Candidates should
Have 1–3 years of relevant project management or project coordination experience , preferably within telecommunications , RF, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or a related technical environment.
Demonstrate an understanding of project planning, scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
Possess a practical understanding of RF systems, telecommunications infrastructure, or related technical projects .
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple activities, teams, and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management or reporting tools.
Demonstrate attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and timely project delivery.
