As we support the delivery of a fibre infrastructure project in Ghana, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Supervisor – Fibre to join our project team.
We welcome professionals who enjoy working in the field, coordinating teams, solving practical challenges, and ensuring that project activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
The Role
The Project Supervisor – Fibre will oversee day-to-day fibre installation and field activities to ensure that work progresses according to approved designs, project schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
The successful candidate will coordinate field teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders while monitoring work progress and promptly addressing issues that could affect project delivery.
Educational and Experience Requirements
The successful candidate should
Hold an HND, diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology , Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Have one to three years of relevant experience in fibre installation, telecommunications, network infrastructure, construction supervision, or a related field.
Have practical knowledge of fibre optic deployment and field installation activities.
Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
Demonstrate strong site supervision and team-coordination skills.
Have a good understanding of fibre installation practices, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Demonstrate good communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Be willing to work on project sites and travel to different locations when required.
